SOS Property is the owner's local presence for practical property visits, contractor attendance, documentation, and other approved assignments. Availability is confirmed from the actual location, timing, access, and scope.
Areas considered for SOS Property assignments
Toronto is our base. We consider GTA and farther assignments when the trip is practical and the service can be delivered reliably. A city listed here indicates coverage consideration, not guaranteed same-day availability.

North York, Bayview Village, Downtown, Midtown, Etobicoke, Scarborough
Core service area for property visits, contractor attendance, documentation, vacant properties, and remote-owner support.
York Region
Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, Aurora, Newmarket
GTA assignments are considered according to timing, access, travel, and the requested on-site scope.
Peel and Halton
Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington
Property visits and owner-representation requests are reviewed case by case, with travel confirmed in advance.

Suitable one-time, recurring, contractor, and remote-owner assignments may be arranged when practical.

Location-specific visits are considered individually. Travel, access, weather, and scope must be confirmed.
How location affects the quote
The standard $119 + HST one-time Property Visit fee includes round-trip travel within the applicable service zone and the first 30 minutes on site. Farther properties may require a travel fee that is disclosed before the assignment is confirmed.
SOS Property does not promise a fixed radius or guaranteed response time. This keeps every assignment realistic and avoids confirming service that cannot be delivered reliably.
